Every Tag Tells a Tale! I spend about 4 hours combing the Marina area based on clues provided and my own analysis.

My interpretation…

1. The night sky honours the COG – only can search at night?? Is got to be somewhere without roof…from the photo, it might not be very high…I guess is max 2nd level

2.  “It began, as always, with the desire for power. The need to conquer, the hunger to consume.”  – as some guess food court. Very high chance!
